Jacksons Art Promo Codes & Coupons September 2026

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've ordered from Jackson's Art several times now, usually for my larger canvas rolls and some specific sable brushes. This last order was for a roll of linen canvas and some mediums. The quality has always been consistent, which is why I keep coming back instead of trying other stores like Cass Art. Shipping is predictable; it took about a week this time, same as previous orders. Their loyalty points system is a nice bonus too, slowly building up some credit there.

Good value for new artist

I was looking to get started with some oil paints and found Jackson's Art. I signed up for the newsletter and got a welcome offer, which was nice. I ended up getting a set of their own brand oil paints and a few synthetic brushes. The total was over the free delivery threshold, so that saved me a bit too. Everything felt like a solid purchase for the price I paid, definitely good for someone on a budget trying out new supplies.

Smooth order, helpful support

I placed an order for some watercolor paper and a set of gouache paints. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. Delivery took about 5 business days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated window. One of the gouache tubes had a slight dent when it arrived, so I contacted customer service. They were really helpful and offered a replacement or a partial refund without any hassle. The paper quality was excellent, held up well to washes. The paints are vibrant. Overall, a good experience and I appreciate their quick response to the issue.
